Top 5 Fall To-Do’s at The Family Tree Garden Center!

IMAG2389Happy October from The Family Tree Garden Center here in Snellville, GA! We have been very busy getting our calendars booked, store stocked and pumpkins ready for the fall season. We know how busy it can be with preparations for fall so we decided to make it easier for you and put it all in a 1-5 to-do list on what you can’t miss this October!

Add these “to-do’s” to your list this fall:

1. Start shopping for fall home and garden decor! We have been getting in some amazing fun indoor and outdoor home accessories to have your home feeling warm and festive this season. Pumpkins, corn shocks, gourds, beautiful perennials and more!

2. How about a “don’t”… Well, not really “don’t.”  BUT if you don’t want the hard labor of planting your own plants this fall. Let us do it! With our You Pick It, We’ll Plant It Planting Service, our professionals take the stress off your shoulders. You can sit back and enjoy!

3. October Events to attend: WALTER REEVES, THE GEORGIA GARDENER, FALL BENEFIT FOR THE ALZHEIMER’S ASSOCIATION and The grand opening of the PETE PIKE MUSEUM! All happening this month!  Check all the events out on our events page.

4. Start your fall planting! There are so many reasons! Many gardeners think that the moment that spring arrives, that it’s prime time to get outside and plant. However, the fall is one of the best times to plant trees, shrubs, and bulbs. Read more in last weeks blog “Why plant in fall? Your answers here”.
