The Family Tree Garden Center is very proud of the level of philanthropic work we do within our community. We are honored to be able to give back to our community through charitable donations and gifts. Please read the following donation requirements.
Donation requests may take up to 3-weeks for approval. If you do not hear back from us after 3 weeks of your submission, please email us here to check on the status of your request.
If you do not meet the following requirements, we will not be able to approve your request. Please read carefully before submitting.
- We are able to assist with a maximum of one $25 gift card or one live plant ($25 value). Donations may be awarded one time in any 12 month period per qualifying charitable non-profit organization.
- Donations must support qualifying charitable non-profit organizations only. Requests from individuals for personal use or for-profit organizations will automatically be denied.
- Donations for charity events or fundraisers MUST be located within a 5-mile radius of The Family Tree Garden Center in Snellville and benefit our local community. Requests for locations or events outside of 5 miles will be denied.
How to Request a Donation
All donation requests MUST be submitted through this online form. Donation requests that are mailed, emailed, faxed, requested by phone, or delivered in person will not be accepted.
All requests must be submitted electronically between two to six weeks prior to the date the donation is needed.
Donation Approval Process
Due to the high number of requests that we receive, donations are provided on a first-come basis and approved until our monthly budget is reached. While we are happy to support local charities, please understand that we may not be able to approve all requests since we get so many each month.
As we are a busy retail business, requests may take up to three weeks for approval. If you do not hear from us after three weeks of your submission, please email us here.
If your request is approved, you will be contacted via email with the date that you can pick up your donation. All donations must be picked up in person at our location by the donation needed date.
If your request is denied, you will be notified and you may resubmit the following month.
